On Thursday, my only free day, I decided to do some baking. didn't have milk so I chose recipes without milk.Here are some Oatmeal cookies, they're made with flavoured instant oatmeal so there's seeds, dried apple and aprigcots and sultanas inside.
These tasted pretty nice, but there were very crumbly and a few broken when I moved them.
Also I made some pretty bad cupcakes, there're so flat T.T. I guess I overmixed it. I made them from a sponge cake recipe. I thought they would therefore end up plain so I added some sugar and maple syrup. In the end they didn't taste sweet or plain, they tasted very eggish like an egg tart but with flour.
Also a picture I took of Cockle Bay while I wondered hopelessy around during one of my breaks, there's this blackish thing on top because my case cover got in the way.
